We are looking for a strategic and visionary VP of Engineering to lead Data and AI teams. This leadership position will oversee the development of scalable data systems and guide the integration of AI and machine learning solutions to help drive the company’s innovation and growth. You will lead efforts to build impactful data-driven products, promote a data-first culture, and implement cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with the ability to cultivate top talent and foster an environment of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the development of data infrastructure that supports large-scale operations and business needs.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure security, integrity, and compliance across the organization.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to address business challenges.
- Drive the integration of AI solutions into business processes, improving operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Create and implement the strategy for advanced analytics across the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as the organization’s go-to expert for statistical analysis, experimental design, and financial modeling.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in data engineering, AI, or machine learning, with a significant portion of that in leadership roles.
- Strong background in building and scaling data systems, as well as AI technologies.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver solutions on time and within scope.
- Solid experience with machine learning models, big data platforms, and cloud-based data services.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python, R, Java, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with data platforms and frameworks (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
