About the Role
As the Team Lead Qualified Person, you will:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with GMP/GDP standards.
- Evaluate and approve deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Coach and mentor team members, while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Lead the release of manufactured batches and coordinate recalls when necessary.
- Conduct supplier audits and represent the company during customer and government inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For
- Certified QP
- Master’s degree (WO) in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of GMP/GDP or pharmaceutical industry experience (shorter durations considered for extended study programs).
- At least 3 years in a coordinating role with a strong track record of quality-conscious decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and critical thinker.
- Proficiency in Dutch is essential due to the regulatory nature of the position. Fluency in English is also required.
- This position is primarily onsite, ensuring hands-on collaboration and impact, with the flexibility to transition into a hybrid working model following a successful onboarding period.
