Supply Chain Regional Planning Manager

Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing the consensus forecasting process with EMEA sales affiliates, leading demand review meetings, and assembling the regional demand requirements plan. You will also play a key role in managing supply chain logistics, monitoring sales versus forecasts, and supporting product life cycle management to ensure a seamless supply chain across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning:
    • Lead the consensus forecasting process with EMEA sales affiliates.
    • Conduct demand review meetings with affiliates to improve unit forecasting.
    • Analyze forecasts and collaborate with sales affiliates to enhance accuracy.
    • Support EMEA Integrated Business Planning and strategy development.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
    • Assemble and manage the weekly/monthly regional demand requirements plan.
    • Manage supply requirements from production sites to local EMEA LSPs and distributor markets.
    • Conduct scenario analysis to assess how demand changes affect the supply chain.
    • Monitor Finished Drug Product (FDP) inventory, ensuring stock sufficiency and minimizing scrap risk.
  • Product Life Cycle Management:
    • Manage product life cycle changes through the demand requirements plan.
    • Serve as the Regional Planning representative in Product Lifecycle Teams.
    • Collaborate with Global Distribution on replenishment planning for local stock points in EMEA.
  • KPI Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
    • Report and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and lead operational excellence initiatives.
    • Prepare KPI reports on forecast accuracy, FDP inventory targets, and stock levels.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Studies.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of work experience in an industrial environment.
    • 3 years of experience with ERP planning systems.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling tools.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Fluent in English (oral and written).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills.
Practicalities:
  • Location: Breda, Netherlands
  • Duration: 1-year Contract - with the possibility of extension 
  • Start Date: ASAP
