Software Architect

Job Description:
As a Software Architect, you will serve as the technical leader of the software team, driving the development and execution of software strategy in close collaboration with company leadership. You will define the architectural vision, guide technology choices, ensure software quality, and contribute directly to the evolution of a complex and regulated software platform.

Essential Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, including architectural leadership

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and development best practices

• Hands-on experience in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, MATLAB)

• Proficiency with development tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture

• Familiarity with database design and data modeling

• Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to medical-grade software (e.g., MDR, FDA, ISO 13485)

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Desirable Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning technologies for image analysis

• Knowledge of data privacy and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GSPR)

• Experience in stakeholder and partner management

• Prior exposure to MedTech or regulated environments

• Background in mentoring or leading development teams
