We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Lead to spearhead the strategic direction and development of AI-powered neurology solutions. This role will focus on managing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful products that enhance patient care and healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a clear product strategy and vision for the neurology solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams, healthcare providers, and external partners to drive new product development and enhance existing capabilities.
- End-to-End Product Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and balancing product tradeoffs.
- Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure products meet healthcare industry compliance and regulatory standards, including FDA guidelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate product requirements, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years in product management, particularly in SaaS or healthcare technology, with proven experience in end-to-end product delivery.
- Expertise: Experience in overseeing product roadmaps, driving use cases with engineering and design teams, and managing product feature delivery.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA guidelines).
