I'm working with a leading biotech company focused on developing transformational medicines across small molecules, biologics, and CAR-T therapies. They’re currently seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant (Sr. Director level) to lead strategic transactions for a 12-month project.

- 12-month contract
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business negotiations (in-licensing, out-licensing, partnerships, collaborations)
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, legal, commercial, finance, and operations teams
- Build robust business cases and present opportunities to senior leadership
- Ensure smooth handover of signed deals to operational teams
- Key driver behind in-bound and out-bound transactions (mainly partnerships); building business cases; and knowledge source for legal contracts
Your Profile
- 10+ years' BD experience in pharma/biotech (oncology experience a plus)
- Proven track record of closing value-driving deals
- Deep understanding of deal structures, IP, and valuation principles
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Based in Europe, with flexibility to travel monthly
