Are you a data management expert with a passion for the food and biotech industry? One of our clients is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Management Specialist to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of creating a healthier and more sustainable future.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop data management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement data models, databases, and data integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards (CDISC) and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data management workflows.
- Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data management, preferably in the food or biotech industry.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and SQL.
- Proficiency in data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating informative dashboards and reports.
- Experience with data quality management and data governance frameworks.
- Understanding of data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- 3+ years experience within the Biotech/ Food industry.
