Position Overview:

Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will ensure the efficient and compliant distribution of investigational products worldwide, supporting groundbreaking advancements in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

In this role, you will:

• Manage Sales Orders and Stock Transfer Orders efficiently.
• Process manual and electronic Proof of Receipt and conduct temperature data reviews.
• Handle site and transit temperature excursions, as well as returns and reconciliations.
• Support expiry relabeling campaigns and manage import licenses.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designated areas, ensuring accurate knowledge transfer and providing training as needed.
• Handle and process distribution complaints.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Clinical Customer Service, QA, Development Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Site Monitors) and external couriers.
• Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Supply Chain or a related field.

Experience:

• Previous experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management, ideally within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector.
• Advanced understanding of regulatory guidelines related to clinical supplies.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

 

Skills:

• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Skilled in working with automated systems and tools like MS Office.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
