Join Our Team as a Senior Associate in Manufacturing – Operational Excellence
For a major biopharma company in Breda area we are looking for a Manufacturing Operational Excellence. Are you passionate about manufacturing excellence and compliance? As a Senior Associate in Manufacturing on the Operational Excellence Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvements. Your expertise in problem-solving and attention to detail will contribute to producing high-quality products that make a difference.

Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Lead and support investigations into process deviations to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulations.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Documentation Oversight: Maintain and manage critical manufacturing and compliance documentation.
  • Material Issue Resolution: Investigate and address material-related concerns to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Complaint Support: Contribute to complaint investigations by assessing manufacturing process controls.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance processes and maintain compliance.
  • Training & Guidance: Train and support team members to ensure consistent compliance with protocols.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, focusing on compliance and operational excellence.
  • Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment tools, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher and prior experience in a compliance-focused role.
