Senior Associate Transportation
For a big bioharma company in Breda area we are looking for a Senior Associate Transportation. Are you ready to join a dynamic global supply team and make a real impact on the efficiency and compliance of international product distribution? This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about logistics, process improvement, and building strong relationships with supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure cost-effective and GDP-compliant supply of products to internal and external customers globally.
  • Oversee and improve operational and tactical transportation performance through key performance indicators.
  • Plan, build, and manage distribution lanes while maintaining transportation-related performance metrics.
  • Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply performance.
  • Maintain operational relationships with transportation service providers and ensure compliance through collaboration with the Quality team.
  • Develop and maintain a robust Good Distribution Practices (GDP) compliant distribution model.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or economics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and GDP requirements.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and technical writing.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders at various levels and from diverse cultural backgrounds.
