Job role: Senior Associate Supply Chain (GMP)

About the Role:
A global leader in biotechnology, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate Supply Chain – Detailed Scheduler (GMP) to join the Supply Planning team in Breda. In this role, you will contribute directly to ensuring that life-saving medicines reach patients across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa by managing short-term production planning for packaging operations.


Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage short-term production planning for packaging lines.
  • Ensure timely product delivery and maintain supply chain stability.
  • Create and maintain production schedules and orders.
  • Support new product launches and phase-in/phase-out processes.
  • Proactively resolve operational bottlenecks and flow stoppers.
  • Measure and report on KPIs, including MPS (Master Production Schedule) stability.
  • Lead and participate in daily operational meetings to monitor performance and align cross-functional actions.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and broader supply chain teams.
  • Lead weekly capacity planning meetings with stakeholders.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements in all planning and execution activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in supply chain planning.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
  • Affinity for process improvement and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Smartsheet, Databricks, RPA).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-complexity environment.
  • On-site presence required at least 3 days per week.

Location: Breda, Netherlands (On-site required minimum 3 days/week)
Duration: 12+ months
Start Date: ASAP
Work Model: Full-time / Hybrid
