As a Recruitment Consultant at Panda, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting brilliant minds within Life Sciences with cutting-edge organizations. These organizations are focused on Med-Tech, Bio Tech, AI, Medical Devices and ground breaking discoveries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full 360-degree Recruitment Life Cycle - Business Development, Candidate Sourcing, Interview Preparation, Offer Management.
- Business Development, mapping out a market, targeting prospective companies, building relationships across the industry with hiring managers.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, InHouse CRM, social media and networking events.
- You are an entrepreneur within Panda - as a recruiter you develop and build a personal brand within the market niche you represent.
- You are always thinking along with the candidate and client's needs by presenting yourself as their strategic partner, while building strong relationships with them.

What We’re Looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales or business development.
- Educational background: Bachelor level or higher. Preferably in the Life Sciences field.
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch, German or French is highly desired but not a must.
- Location: all candidates must be already located in Amsterdam or surrounding areas.
- Strong commercial skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of sales and recruitment processes.
