In collaboration with our major biopharmaceutical client in the Dublin area, we are looking for a Project Lead aimed at strategic Learning Project delivery
The core purpose of this position is to manage and enhance our client’s learning programs, learning portal, and key projects as assigned by OL&CM leads. The role also supports strategic instructional design projects.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management and curation of learning assets on the GMS/GQ Learning Portal, Veeva, and LMS, working closely with ID and LMS Admin colleagues in OL&CM. Additionally, this role supports key skilling and capability development projects across GMS/GQ, assisting with project planning, execution, and data analytics to drive improvements in learning and skilling programs.
Ensure SharePoint sites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and well-marketed to the GMS/GQ customer base.
Utilize cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance learning experiences for a multi-generational workforce.
Keep stakeholders informed and engaged with the latest learning initiatives, including skilling and capability-building investments.
Partner with OL&CM Leads to create and distribute information-sharing packs for learning leads calls.
Ensure decks are issued one week in advance of monthly calls.
Manage learning assets to ensure content is current, active, and all links function properly.
Work with instructional designers and OL&CM Leads to create adaptive learning content aligned with role-specific requirements, specifically for non-GxP content.
Track asset utilization for KPI reporting.
Use data analytics to identify learning gaps and tailor content to site and function learning needs.
Provide support and training to instructional designers on AI tools and data analytics interpretation.
Work in a multicultural environment across multiple time zones and languages.
Collaborate with Global Quality, DD&T, Communications, and HR teams.
Coordinate with OL&CM team members and learning leads to support the GMS/GQ Learning and Skilling strategy.
Engage with external stakeholders, vendors, and benchmarking bodies to stay current on learning methodologies and tools.
Deliver results within a highly matrixed organization.
Maintain expertise in learning technologies for both GxP and non-GxP environments.
Solve complex problems using structured methodologies with a focus on compliance and business risk.
Strong experience with SharePoint, communications, instructional design, and AI tools.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in knowledge management tools and processes, including SharePoint and learning technologies (Edcast LxP, SuccessFactors LMS).
5+ years of experience in training, knowledge management, and instructional design, with expertise in AI tools, SharePoint, and communications management.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
BS in Science or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
Experience in deploying knowledge management strategies in global biotech/pharma manufacturing.
Strong experience with SharePoint, communications, instructional design, and AI tools.
Training qualification (Certificate or Diploma level).
Strong technical/systems background.
