We are looking for a Production Support Associate for our major pharmaceutical client in Geleen. They are responsible for executing activities in and around the cleanroom, ensuring process/run preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of the cleanroom for the manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products.
This role supports a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment and facilitates efficient operations for the Manufacturing department and plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanroom environment, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Transfer and store cryopreservation samples and products.
Maintain the cryopreservation database if required.
Check, reorder, and maintain inventory levels of general manufacturing materials and garments.
Perform regular checks of support areas to ensure sufficient materials and garments are available for the next manufacturing shift.
Organize material and garment inventory, ensuring items expiring first are used first.
Ensure tidiness, material validity, and overall GMP adherence in support areas.
Empty and transfer waste to the appropriate disposal area and replace used garments with fresh ones.
Ensure all instructional documents in the cleanroom are current and effective.
Participate in periodic and contingency cleaning of cleanroom areas.
Assist with organizing, transferring, and cleaning equipment as needed.
Perform environmental sampling within the manufacturing department scope.
Act as a coordinator between QE and Manufacturing for planned and contingency equipment maintenance.
Chaperone and supervise external contractors, visitors, and technicians in the cleanroom if requested.
Perform minor document revisions related to cleanroom support areas.
Provide training as needed.
Notify the supervisor of any observed deviations in a timely manner.
Ensure overall GMP compliance in support of manufacturing activities.
Technical degree or equivalent in Science and/or Logistics.
5-10 years of experience in Science and/or Logistics.
