Operator (2-Shift Schedule)

Location: Amsterdam
Employment: Full-time, 2-shift schedule

About the Company
We are looking for enthusiastic Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Amsterdam. The company produces high-quality protein products through both integrated processes and individual process steps.

Your Responsibilities
As an Operator, you will perform various production tasks following SOPs and guidelines, including:

• Preparing and executing production processes

• Performing calculations for dilutions and interpreting results

• Managing raw materials and auxiliary materials in the information system

• Conducting checks on products, processes, and (auxiliary) materials

• Sampling and submitting samples for quality control

• Recording quality control results in the system

• Performing routine validation and calibration tasks according to guidelines

• Reporting deviations to the supervisor

What We Offer

• Gross salary between €2,800 and €3,400 per month (excluding 2-shift allowance of 15.41%)

• 13th month salary

• Pension plan

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

Your Profile

• Team player with accuracy and discipline

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and in 2-shift schedule

• Proactive and flexible work attitude

• Eager to learn, quick to take on tasks, and willing to support colleagues

• Proficient in Dutch and/or English

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of process procedures

• Knowledge of GMP

• Interest in (process) technology

• Positive work mentality and enthusiasm to contribute to the team
