Managing Consultant - Panda International. Build our Life Sciences Permanent market.

Prior experience within 360 permanent recruitment required + track record of billing success.

All candidates must be located in Amsterdam or surrounding areas.

 

As a Managing Consultant you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the permanent recruitment services. You will play a hands-on role in acquiring new clients and managing key accounts, all while establishing a foundation to eventually grow and lead a team of high-performing consultants. This is a role that combines business development, strategic planning, and operational execution as to start, also management when the brand is more stablished.

 

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in 360 Permanent recruitment, experience in building client relationships, and the ambition to shape and lead a division.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build our Permanent Division for Panda Life Sciences. As a hands-on manager, you will initially build the market and consecutively, the team.
  • New client acquisition and management: Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the Life Sciences sector to offer permanent recruitment solutions.
  • Market analysis: Conduct research and market mapping to identify target sectors, potential business opportunities, and emerging trends within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Sales strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive revenue growth and market share for the permanent division.
  • Team recruitment & development: As the division grows, recruit, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants to support the expanding client base.
  • Performance management: Set performance goals, KPIs, and objectives for the division to ensure continuous growth and profitability.

 

 

Ideal candidate:

 

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in life sciences, data, AI or IT recruitment, with a demonstrably successful commercial recruitment track record. Excellent leadership and communication skills, a robust commercial understanding of sales and recruitment processes are essential.
