An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking an MSAT Process Technician to support cell therapy manufacturing operations. Based in Leiden, Netherlands, this role is part of the MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences and Technology) team and involves hands-on production using automated bioreactors, supporting late-stage development and continuous improvement.

Cell Therapy Manufacturing Support – Execute hands-on production runs using the Cocoon platform and support process development studies (e.g., positive fraction generation, comparability, and scale-down models).
Process Characterization – Contribute to late-stage development and process optimization for cell therapies.
Lab Operations – Ensure efficient and robust operation of daily laboratory activities and cleanroom practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Process Development, Quality Control, and other internal teams.
Continuous Improvement – Support initiatives to enhance processes and lab efficiency.
BSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or equivalent (HLO acceptable).
Hands-on experience with cell & gene therapy, automated bioreactors, and GMP manufacturing.
Familiar with tech transfer and production documentation practices.
Strong problem-solving attitude, with a can-do mindset and commitment to compliance and quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
