We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of AI Engineering to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI/ML solutions. This leadership role will drive strategic decisions, manage high-performing teams, and ensure the successful integration of AI capabilities into scalable, impactful applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Leadership: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into operational systems.
- Architectural Oversight: Define and guide the development of AI infrastructure to support scalability, performance, and robust model lifecycle management.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Model Governance: Establish rigorous processes for testing, validating, and monitoring AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability in production.
- Tech Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new tools and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI solutions with cloud platforms, data pipelines, and storage systems.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Phd in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in software or AI engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing teams of 15+ engineers.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing and mentoring engineering teams, with strong communication and project management abilities.
