As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in empowering our managers and functional leaders, shaping a workplace where people thrive. You'll drive impactful people-positive initiatives, enhance talent development, and foster collaboration across our dynamic, multi-faceted medical device organization.
Beyond supporting strategic HR initiatives, you’ll take the lead in recruitment for our Almere location, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to fuel our continued success. If you're passionate about making a real impact on people and business growth, this role is for you!

- Demonstrated experience in people partnership with business managers and leaders
- Courage to challenge and a natural influencer
- Willing and able to communicate with people across functions and stakeholders

- A role model of excellent people practice, leadership, coaching and motivational skill with a willingness to be hands-on as required in supporting the drive of HR behaviours
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced matrixed, dynamic environment, preferably with operations industry experience and gained in muti-locational business with multiple stakeholders, which you have taken through a transformative journey demonstrating experience of leading on significant change projects
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to work to a high level of accuracy within short deadlines
- Awareness of risk, security, data protection and health & safety at work
- Ability to provide management information and reporting for key stakeholders
