Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Panda International:

 

You make the difference by making the link between the candidates you represent, and the clients mapped as high potential.

Going through the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle

Managing the full interview process from a candidate and client perspective, --- liason

Build relationships, creating an extensive personal network of candidates and clients

Support candidates in finding their next career paths

Warm business development through client and candidate meetings

Headhunting passive candidates

Creating enticing job adverts

Offer Management and Negotiation on behalf of Clients and Candidates

 

As a recruiter, you develop and build a personal brand within the market niche you represent on behalf of Panda International.

 In short, you are an entrepreneur within an organization!

What Qualities we are looking in a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Panda International:

 

You have successfully completed a university degree

You speak English Fluently any additional European Languages (Dutch & German are preferred)

You have an excellent verbal and written communication style

You have an outstanding level of self-motivation

Driven, Ambitious and self-starter mentality

You are a real team player
