Exciting Opportunity in Clinical Supply Chain Management
For a big bio pharma company we are looking for a Clinical Supply Chain Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an optimal global supply plan by translating product supply setup and MRP planned orders, working closely with Clinical Product Setup Leads, Development Supply Chain Leads, and Global Study Planners.
  • Work collaboratively with vendors, partners, and clinical supply chain teams, using forecasting tools and systems like SAP to ensure timely and efficient supply to meet patient needs.
  • Conduct market assessments to establish the best sourcing strategy for Non-Amgen Medicinal Products (NAMP), considering factors like demand, availability, pricing, quality, and expiration dates.
  • Resolve sourcing and delivery conflicts that could impact clinical studies, ensuring no disruption to R&D milestones and addressing invoicing issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers on labeling, packaging, and shipping of drug products, working with the Global Trade Organization for international shipments.
  • Manage quarterly purchase order (PO) and invoice reconciliations with Finance and update ERP systems with standard costs and export pricing.
  • Handle tasks within ERP systems, including SKU creation, master data updates, PO creation, and managing open orders reports.
  • Manage documentation and tracking systems, including creating and maintaining Smartsheet trackers, dashboards, and SharePoint sites.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects across functional areas.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Operations, Life Science, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Planning, OR Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the procurement of Comparator Products and/or GMP materials.
  • Expertise in digital systems and communication tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Tableau.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP and procurement systems such as Ariba.
  • Familiarity with document management systems, including Veeva Vault and PLM.
  • Experience in supply and demand planning for Clinical Trial Materials.
  • Strong teamwork and influence capabilities with solid analytical skills and cost accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent procurement skills, including vendor management, market intelligence gathering, and negotiation.
  • Experience in managing transportation, including import/export of medicinal products.
  • APICS, ISM, or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Qualifications
  • 1 year contract with a big change of extension
  • Salary between 55k – 60k including benefits
  • 30 holidays
