What are your responsibilities?
- In short, you will support and maintain production management applications.
- Provide front line technical support to production users worldwide.
- Develop and/or maintain expertise in selected database programming tools as required to meet business needs
- Design / develop / implement reports as required to meet business needs
- Perform, manage, and execute other IT-related projects or duties as required
- Work productively and independently as part of a global team, able to prioritize workload
- Liaise with local business stakeholders and global application implementation team in a support and project related capacity
Who are you?
- Education: Information Technology Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years database SQL programming / data management; Minimum 3-4 years of experience providing application, database, or technical support
- High level of customer/service orientation towards end users
- Be available for travel (locally as well as abroad for project and support work)
- Knowledge needed:
- Superior programming skills in databases
- SQL programming.
- Knowledge of software development language such as C# , Java is desirable
-Highly analytical and ability to problem solving
