BI Specialist

Job Description:
As a Business Intelligence / Data Specialist, you will analyze and model data, develop dashboards with operational information and KPIs, and present insights in a clear, accessible way. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, act as a trusted advisor on BI topics, and create solutions that help the organization make data-driven decisions and optimize processes.

A well-established organization with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. The IT department consists of multiple teams including Business Intelligence, Application Management, and Service & Delivery, and works closely with various business units to deliver impactful solutions.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, visualization, or data modeling

• Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake, Qlik, SAP, or similar (SQL or Python)

• Strong skills in data modeling and translating complex requirements into clear solutions

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written)

• Creative, results-oriented, and passionate about data

Desirable Requirements:

• Broader experience in BI or data-related roles

• Ability to work across multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines

• Experience collaborating with multiple business units such as Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality
